Warranty on equipment you bought from us
Manufacturer warranties are held with the equipment manufacturer, and the consolidation does not affect them. Your installing contractor or the manufacturer processes a claim — have your model and serial numbers ready, along with your original invoice. If you are not sure who to call, ask us and we will point you in the right direction.
