Installation Agreement & Warranty Compliance

To maintain the validity and approval of the parts and manufacturer warranty, the equipment must be installed by a licensed contractor. If not properly installed by a licensed professional, the warranty may be void. In the event of a part failure, the manufacturer may require an invoice or work order from the installation and installing contractor to process the warranty claim.

By purchasing this system, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the installation will be performed by a licensed contractor. This ensures compliance with manufacturer requirements and helps protect the warranty coverage.

If you would like HVAC Home Supply to register the equipment to extend the OEM warranty to 10 years, we will require the installation invoice, including the licensed contractor's license number and installation date.

WARRANTY FAQ

The Manufacturer Warranty is limited to 5 years upon installation by a licensed contractor, if unregistered. If you would like HVAC Home Supply to register the equipment to extend the OEM warranty to 10 years, we will require the installation invoice, including the licensed contractor's license number and installation date. If a major component of your HVAC system fails within the warranty coverage period, the manufacturer will replace it at no cost to you, as long as the above steps have been taken.
