Before You Purchase – Please Do Your Research

All of our equipment is purchased directly from OEMs or authorized distributors. We do not open, test, or reuse any equipment. All products are shipped in original manufacturer packaging, unless clearly labeled as clearance, discounted, or open-box.

Most issues can be avoided by reviewing your order carefully before purchasing. At HVAC Home Supply, we provide transparent specifications, model numbers, and installation details to help you make the right decision.

We strongly encourage all customers to:

• Double-check sizing, voltage, and system compatibility before placing an order.

• Consult your installer or HVAC technician to confirm the equipment will work for your home.

• Carefully read product descriptions and supporting documentation available on our website.

At HVAC Home Supply, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best customer experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging with all tags and manuals intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, depending on item condition and reason for return.
  • Installed or used items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@hvachomesupply.com with your order number, product details, and photos within 48 hours of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving written approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or functional damage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item was delivered by freight, you must arrange return shipping using a licensed freight carrier. HVAC Home Supply does not coordinate or schedule return shipments.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order before signing for delivery, and before moving or installing the item.

  • Visible damage must be noted with the delivery driver and the shipment refused.
  • All damage must be reported to HVAC Home Supply within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos showing:
  •  - The item in its delivered location (before being moved)
  •  - The shipping box/crate, including any dents or tears
  •  - The specific area(s) of damage

Claims reported after the item has been moved may not be eligible.

Types of Damage

Functional Damage – Affects performance. We will repair, replace, or refund.

Cosmetic Damage – Minor scratches or dents that do not affect performance are not eligible for return or replacement.

Cosmetic damage is common with freight shipments and does not impact system functionality. These systems are installed in attics or outside the home, where appearance is not a concern. We encourage proceeding with installation.

At our sole discretion, we may offer store credit or a partial refund for cosmetic issues.

Shipping Protection Option

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout through a third-party provider. This covers damage during transit.

If you accept shipping protection, you will file any claims directly with the provider.

If you decline, HVAC Home Supply is not responsible for any damage during shipping.

At checkout, you will be asked to confirm or deny coverage.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Installed or used products
  • Final Sale items, including open-box, clearance, or marked-down inventory, are not eligible for return and will be clearly labeled at checkout.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the current item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

If your order is canceled after payment is processed, credit card fees will be deducted from your refund, as these charges are not returned to us by our payment processor.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
