Once equipment is opened, moved, or installed, we cannot accept it back — the manufacturer will not take it, which means we can't refund it. No exceptions.

Before the driver leaves:

Walk around the pallet. Check the box, crate, and equipment for dents, tears, crushing, or shifting.
If anything looks damaged — refuse the shipment. Do not sign for it.
Take photos of the item in place, the packaging, and any damage.
Contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos.

Before you install:

Confirm the model number matches your order
Confirm the equipment is the right size and configuration for your home
Once the box is opened and the unit is installed, it's yours — we can't take it back

When in doubt, text or email us before you break the seal.

Functional damage (anything affecting performance): we repair, replace, or refund
Cosmetic damage (minor scratches or small dents): not eligible for return — these units live in attics or outside and it doesn't affect performance. We may offer store credit at our discretion.
