This is the single most important thing on this page. Please read it.
Once equipment is opened, moved, or installed, we cannot accept it back — the manufacturer will not take it, which means we can't refund it. No exceptions.
Before the driver leaves:
- Walk around the pallet. Check the box, crate, and equipment for dents, tears, crushing, or shifting.
- If anything looks damaged — refuse the shipment. Do not sign for it.
- Take photos of the item in place, the packaging, and any damage.
- Contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos.
Before you install:
- Confirm the model number matches your order
- Confirm the equipment is the right size and configuration for your home
- Once the box is opened and the unit is installed, it's yours — we can't take it back
When in doubt, text or email us before you break the seal.
Damage Claims at a Glance
- Functional damage (anything affecting performance): we repair, replace, or refund
- Cosmetic damage (minor scratches or small dents): not eligible for return — these units live in attics or outside and it doesn't affect performance. We may offer store credit at our discretion.
- Damage reported after the equipment has been moved or installed: not eligible
